By using Elevyum, you agree to these terms. Elevyum is a software platform that provides digital wallet services, a peer-to-peer marketplace, and blockchain infrastructure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Elevyum is a non-custodial digital wallet platform. You control your private keys. Elevyum does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. We provide software — you provide the keys.
You are solely responsible for securing your private key and biometric access to your device. If you lose your private key, Elevyum cannot recover your funds. There is no password reset for private keys. Back up your key transfer to another device using the built-in secure transfer feature.
ELV is a digital credit used to access platform services. ELV is purchased at the price set by Elevyum. ELV is used for transaction gas fees, marketplace activity, and platform access. ELV is not a security, not an investment contract, and not a promise of future value.
The Elevyum Store is a peer-to-peer marketplace where users buy and sell ELV. Elevyum facilitates the transaction through escrow smart contracts. A 2% seller fee applies. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and licensed crypto conversion providers. Elevyum is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond the escrow mechanism.
Escrow transfers are facilitated by smart contracts on the Elevyum blockchain. Funds are held by the payment processor until conditions are met on-chain. A 2% receiver fee applies. Elevyum does not act as a money transmitter — the smart contract is the escrow agent.
The Elevyum Membership ($40/year) provides unlimited gas-free transactions and full platform access including brokerage integration. Membership is billed annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — no refund for the current billing period.
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Elevyum does not guarantee the value of ELV or any cryptocurrency. You use the platform at your own risk.
Elevyum aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uptime. The blockchain operates on distributed nodes — if Elevyum Inc. ceases operations, the blockchain and your wallet continue to function independently.
Elevyum is not liable for losses resulting from: private key loss, unauthorized access to your device, payment processor failures, blockchain network issues, or market value changes of any digital asset. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
Elevyum may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
